白天是商用不動產投資underwriter,負責策略分析並執行投資機會,而在其餘時間,除了是健身/瑜伽宅宅外,偶爾還是名瑜伽老師

運動對我來說已是生活不可或缺的一部分,除了維持健康的體態外,更重要的是讓我保有身心靈的平衡。
尤其瑜伽兼具靈性修行的功能,更讓我在高強度、節奏快的新加坡,可以擁有自我調節的小小綠洲。
